I need help

I put a new alternator on my car and a new battery
and now when i drive it the battery light comes on
and the car will die when i hit the breaks and it
wont  start with out a boost can you tell me what it
might be

If you are positive that the alternator is putting out 14 volts before installing on vehicle then check for a blown alternator fuse.

Is it one of the square black boxes cause all the lil small ones jave been changed. It really didn't start this until i took it to dallas dodge and they fixed my ac. The ac works but before the car shuts off all tge lights on the dash comes on and the air go from cold to hot and strat blowin out the defogger.
