Message from the seller tried clicking the link you texted me and there is nothing there?

Got a text from car gurus saying I have a message from the seller. When I
clicked the link I was taken to varify account. When I did by confirming an
email they sent me. I pushed the link in my email and there was no message?
What happened to the message from the seller????? I

Having issues getting my messages. Had a couple from Jonas for a car I am looking to buy. I was notified by car gurus that I received messages but when I hit the link you sent me said I had no messages.. please send me my messages
