I only get 265 hp on dyno??

Because the factory likely tuned that engine and ran under optimal conditions (air temp, humidity), with 93 octane, and how knows what level of tuning. I've read of people not getting close to the factory numbers without a CAI exhaust, intake mods, and tuner kits. Still begs the question, how Dodge managed to get those numbers...

By the way those are numbers at the crank versus rear wheel

You lose about 20% of the power from the engine to the rear wheels. Also depending on which dyno was used and the altitude, your numbers can vary more than the 20% normal losses. I would say you are in the ballpark at the numbers you posted.
