2009 Dodge Ram 1500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck drives and shifts fine from 1st thru 3rd
gear but it won't shift into 4th or 5th.  It is running
about 2500 RPM's at 65 MPH.  It is an automatic
and the check engine light is on.  Took it to a
mechanic and pulled a Cam Shaft code and an
Ignition misfire code.

Forgot to finish my question: mechanic couldn't determine exact cause so I left before I just started spending money trying to fix without knowing exactly what's causing the problem. Any ideas?
