My truck running hot put a new water pump
on and a clutch fan and thermostat and still
running hot any advise willing to learn

You might not like this but after what you did last thing you can do is a new radiator and coolient and water. 50/50 make sure of that. Check your lines make sure all are clear. Also try some slick50 change your oil and filter. That should do it........
