Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 stalls while driving

I just had a new engine put in my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500.  5.7.  The car sat
for about 18 months before getting a new engine.  After second fill up, truck
stalls after driving for 15 minutes.  They are quick cut offs and starts right
back up.  Unless I slow down to a slow idle it turns off, but starts right back
up.  

Fuel Pump or sensor problems?

The shop that did the job....took 4 months and the mechanic is 800 years old. Almost died twice during my installation. I am trying to avoid going back there.
