When the ac starts at the begining.. the air inside comes cold for 1 min and medium cold for 1 min.. Total 10 min like this . Then no cold air.. only fan air works.. without any cooling..

I took the truck to a maintenance place. They said its not compressor problem.. something makes load when i turn on the ac... thats why it disconnects... they said maybe one of ac motors is not working thats why it makes load to ac control unit then the ac cuts off... Some said its programming issue to ac control unit I need clear answer from an expert in this feild please.. because everybody is guessing here

Not being there to check out for my self if compressor continues to run and not clicking on and off and system slowly stops working I would say the orfice tube filter is clogged and needs to replaced. This filter is in the high side line of a.c system ( small line ) special tool needed to separate line and a pair of needle nose plies needed to remove filter. If no orfice filter then it has an expansion valve that is bad.

Definitely would not take back to where you went the first time but going to a dodge dealer they should know what they are doing.

My friend i want to ask you. Dodge dealer here. Told me that this problem is one of the ac small motors inside the car has problem!!! They want to remove the WHOLE dash board ..!!! So they can reach the inside ac motors to test them and fix or replace!! If they remove the whole dash .. can they return it as it was!! Or the it will become loose!! With knocking sounds....etc Am afraid to let them remove it.. its like removing the whole thing inside the truck! I cant beleive this ac problem cant be solved without removing the whole dash ! Pls tell me what to do with this! The ac works for 10 min then disconnect Then 1 min on then 1 min off... for 15 min then off........ no cold air I need your reply . Shall i let them dismantle the whole dash !! Or there is away to fix this problem Ur advise is highly appreciated Thx Ahmad
