How do I take off the rotors 2009 kia spectra

Remove wheel and tire, You have two bolts that hold on your brake pad calipers on. The are on the inside of ur brake caliper. Take those two bolts off, caliper will come off, then the bracket the caliper is bolted to, will have two bolts. Remove that bracket. Then your rotor will come right off. The brake pads slide into little slots on the bracket u need to remove to get rotor off, put new ones on and repeat the process, since this is ur first time doing this just do one side at a time, so if u need a reference u can look at the other side, make sure when u put ur brake pads back in, u put them with the abrasive side towards rotor, if u are putting new brake pads on, which u should if ur changing rotors, u will have to press in the caliper plungers in order to get the clearance for new brake pad thickness, this is realitively easy, take ur brake old brake pad and put it against the plungers u have on each caliper, take a c clamp and tighten against brake pad and other side of caliper, this will push the plunger or piston back into the caliper, after u put the car back together, make sure u start the cst anf pump the brakes several times until u feel like u have brakes again
Good luck. Have any questions, let me know, the c clamp u will need, needs to be large one
