Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a 2009 F150. The first 2 settings on the blower fan haven't worked for more that a year now for both heat and AC. Not the 3rd setting doesn't work, only the last/highest. Do I need a new blower fan?

Most likely the blower motor resister... sometimes the connector burns out and u have to fix it befor replacing the resister
Do I need a new blower all together?
Replace the blower motor resistor only. It should be located behind the glovebox as an electrical connection on the right side. It is secured with one screw. Unplug resistor connection, remove screw, pull out, reassembly is reverse. There should be a video on the new if you have to see.
Have an 09 f150 . replaced blower motor, resistor and wiring pigtail and still not working. What am i missing? Any sensors or relays to look at
