Replacing a horn on a 2009 Nissan Sentra

I need to replace the horn on a 2009 Nissan Sentra. To access the horn my
garage will have to remove the bumper cover. Would it be possible to just
mount the new horn in another location and tap into the horn circuit with
removing the old one?

You can do that but the wire might not reach it the reason they want to remove it so they can put it into the Same Holes the old one was in
