My hummer doesn't start what could be wrong?

My 2009 Hummer H3T will start perfectly almost all the time, Every once and a while however, it will not start. I just replaced the battery,so there's no way that's the problem. Usually, after about 10 minutes, it starts right up and runs like normal. Any ideas about what I should have checked?

ground connection and to the block both must be wirebrushed clean and the battery clamps too~ check the battery voltage...should be 12.5 volts...also a 10 year old battery will not accept a charge anymore~
