Does the 2009 Kia Sportage LX have a timing belt that would be detramental to the engine if it smapped while driving the car?

Some timing belts if they break while driving would not cause damage to the engine while others depending on the kind would. Just want to know what the case is in the car listed below.

This vehicle is, It would be detrimental to the engine if the timing belt did break. Yes it has a timing belt. This is an interference engine. You would have bent valves if the timing belt broke.
