2010 ford fusion has 19" mustang wheels on it

I'm looking to buy it but with those wheels makes me
wonder if they are causing damage to the car

18" is the largest this car can accept, so yes the 19" can harm the car such as putting more stress on the tranny and engine at higher speeds after long periods of driving, you didn't say what model you had but the SEl take a 17' or 18" wheel the SE uses a 16" or 18" Wheel and the S series would be a 16" wheel.
