Wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2010 Corolla 1.8 won't start.
Makes clicking noise just won't
turn over. I jumped it and it
started up and keep running fine
but the power steering wasn't
working. So is that my battery or
starter?

did you check to see if a belt broke? or slipping i say that because you have no power steering

check your volts at the battery, should be 12.8 not running and 13.8 running no higher than 14.8 most likely a battery

Going to get it tested tomorrow. Thanks for the advice and info. Now if it's comes back good then should I get a starter?
