going to stall and i made it home.  After turning it off, the car wouldn't start.  Any
idea what can be the problem?

I had it towed for repair and it turned out the cause was a bad alternator. I had it replaced and everything went back to normal.

2007 Camry - I had the same thing happen and my mechanic said it was the alternator as well. I had someone jump start the car and it run fine for about two weeks, but the flashing of the dashboard lights began happening again and the car would not start. The battery and starter were fine.

Just had the same issue with my 2011 Camry XLE with the IP lights flashing. I had the alternator replaced a couple of months ago and a new battery installed. The wrong size battery was installed and was shifting. New battery cable installed $5 solution.
