2010 Buick LaCrosse csx

So my check engine light came on I got the codes
checked witch read engine misfire
p0301,p0303,p0305 coils and spark plugs one day
before I got the work done my car shut off I
replaced the coils and plugs but car will not turn on
what could be the problem battery is good

I have the same codes...but they say it's my starter. Mines make a nasty loud noise when I tried to start it.. going to change the starter today or tomorrow..so I won't know for sure until then
