SERVICE ESC ENG PWR REDUCED

It appears Chevy doesn't know what's going on
either.  My 2010 Chevy Malibu is doing the same
thing.  I have taken it to Chevy and they can't figure
it out.  I don't want to drop too much money on it
either.  Does anyone have anything new on this
issue?
