Missing screw from BMW 2010 528i near oil filter? See photo

When I check the oil filter, I found possible one screw near oil filter is missing
(See attachment). Can someone confirm this for me? What is it called?

If it runs okay and doesn't leak fluid then don't worry about it.

Your missing screw helps secure the metal bracket that keeps the filter from moving around inside the compartment. But the other one is present. As long as the filter isn't banging around, you're fine. Likely had service at some point and tech forgot to attach missing screw. No big deal. Relax and enjoy.
