Purchasing 2010 535xi

I am thinking of purchasing a 2010 535xi.  It has
178,000 miles, interior and exterior perfect, was
maintained at local bmw dealership and has clean
carfax showing service.  Thinking of paying about
8400 for it.
Am I looking at crazy issues?

That is a lot of miles the biggest problem on x models are oil pan leaks the front axle runs through the oil pan and is very expensive to repair have it checked before you buy please!
