Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've changed fuel filter but car still won't crank over
all the way...it sounds like it's about to start but
doesn't. No CEL just lost power in gas while driving
then once car was off it wouldn't start again.
Changed fuel filter. I have no idea where to start.

I have gas pressure spark plugs are new as well. Battery and wiring are good as well. Alternator was tested and works perfectly. Fuel syten is fine...since gas went out while driving and im getting no light do u think my accelerator sensor went out in the pedal? Its expensive but id like to see uf there is a way to test ut. I have a voltimeter and is there a way to test that or am i chasing something thats wrong here? Has to be simple as something just went all of a sudden gence no light on and sudden loss of gas pedal with no starts....but almost starts lol ive cleaned air filter and so on just cant pin point this and sensors as u all know are pricey!
