Won't run right and smoking bad

Running really rough idling and smoking and
stalls at a stop,changed plugs ,PVC valve  1
ignition coil and it all started a couple of
days after I changed oil in it

any applicable trouble codes? what color is the smoke? When changing oil did you bump any electrical connectors? The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum. If you have tac, throttle actuator control, definitely check that and codes relating to that system. Clean the throttle body, don't force the throttle plate. Just my opinion.
