Passenger side front light and rear light.Both lights are on but front light won’t
blink while rear light blinks quickly

You probably have a bad element in that front bulb. Many blinker bulbs have a double filament in the bulb, one for the running light and one for the blinker. The filaments are "resistors" so when one is severed, the relay gets more voltage causing the back bulb to blink quickly. If a front bulb isn't it, check the bulb holder grounds. www.autotechadvisor.com
