Each vehicle is different, consult the owners manual for the proper procedure for your vehicle. In a nutshell, you'll have to depress a button, usually the one where the mileage is reset, a few times until you come to a screen which will allow you to reset the oil life indicator. If you do not have the owners manual, try the net. You should find it there.
