automatic transmission vibrates when is cold

in the morning, whwn the transmission is cold, and I shift to reverse, the
transmission vibrates,a mnd sound like a "clog"

I do not know how cold your area is now but I would be waiting for the car to warm up to the point where you don't have this vibration. You may end up damaging something. Extreme cold causes all sorts of problems.

I would try a fluid and filter change. If that does not do it, allow enough time for the car to warm up. 10 degrees C is not cold. Your transmission may be on the way out but you may be able to extend the life by warming it up first.
