2010 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer low ac air lflow

I have checked all the actuators and linkages and seem ok. Blower fan
operates as normal. checked mesh above fan ok. checked vacuum from
engine ok. switches operating as normal switching between vents recir damper
functioning as normal.
