Asked by eblind1520 Jul 13, 2019 at 12:28 PM about the 2010 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No matter which position I select for air flow, all air comes out the windshield vents.  Cannot get air out of dash or floor vents.  Air is cold and blower works at all speeds.  I have the manual heating and A/C system control package.
Any ideas.

Thanks, Jim. Is this wayward vacuum line in the engine compartment and if it is, passenger or driver's side? Again, thanks for the response. Ed
