CD is stuck in the radio & gives a eject error when I try to eject it

I have a factory satalite/single CD radio in a Ford  Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin.  I tried removing the battery cable to reset it but it didn't work.

If you are not to worried about the Disc, Grab some needle nose pliers and pull the CD out. Once ejected use the same disc to see if it will take a disc, That way you don't mess up 2 CD's

disc is out but but radoi reads bad disc. what to do next ?
