Dead Battery

I own a 2010 Touring Odyssey. Last month it wouldn't start even with a Jumpstart. Wound up getting new battery. In the last two days I wake up to find battery drained. Mechanic finds everything working (alternator, battery, etc). He kept asking if I left anything on or open. No! Only thing I noticed was my fog lamps where in ON position but all Headlights where on OFF position. Can this be the issue? Does it have anything to do with AC relay fuses as I've seen lately on some forums?

the radio has been known to drain batteries, even when turned off. Have your mechanic put a voltage tester on it.
