intermitant shut down

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Explorer has intermitant shut down problem after about 20 miles with air temps above 70 range.  All speeds.  It's excieting on interstate 95.  No problem with air temps below 65.  Occasional check engine light but no engine codes with associated problem.  Both computer and throttle quad have been replaced by dealer.  Dealer has no clue.  50K miles
