2010 Mazda 6 wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Starter will not engage.  Replaced it and the starter relay.  Checked the starter sig fuse all good.  Still nothing.  Any idea what might cause this?

I have same issue and only starts if I giggle gear shaft. Seems like car does not detect that it is on P mode.
