Rattling noise when I start it up

I was wondering if anybody can help me with this problem
I have a 2010 Honda Accord LX and it makes a loud
rattling sound every time I start it up can anyone tell me
what could be the problem

that sounds like a variable timing guide thing , v tec motor I bet ,, my 09 had the same problem , it may be under warranty , hurry to the dealer .
