2010 Honda starting problems

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got this civic used and have owned it about 2 years. About 112k miles.
Recently it has had starting problems where if I park it, leave it for 10 min or
so, the battery is drained.  Sometimes it's leaving the key in position 2 for a
minute or two, or the headlights on for maybe a minute before trying to start
and the battery is completely drained.  The weird part is it cranks but doesn't
catch sometimes, seeming like it's not getting enough fuel, and if I press the
gas and give it a little while I keep cranking, it will eventually start at low Rpms
and catch, then I just st rev it and it's good to go.  Garage checked the main
systems over, nothing seems bad. Battery, alternator, starter all test good.
Just had my tune up and got new plugs etc, didn't solve the issue.  Any
ideas?

Yea actually. After several expensive "tune ups" that did nothing, the guy talked me into a better battery. I had an autozone battery before that tested good, but is apparently cheap in quality. Got a better quality die hard or interstate battery and the problem vanished.
