04 honda lx starting problems

Hey guys i have a 04 honda lx 4 door. And its not
starting at all. It cranks but doesn't turn.  When I try
to turn on the car all that turns on is the lights
(gauges, radio and instrument cluster) I put in New
battery terminals, starter, battery and alternator.
After letting it sit for a week or decideds to turn on.
Once in a while it'll start but the Weird part is that if
i get a jump start it'll run but won't hold any juice.
Someone Help this guy please before i send it off
to get it looked at. Please and thank you
