my 2010 cherysler sebring has a spuddering sound why?
what could be making the car sound like there a spuddering sound, its using
alot of gas, and when you drive it its fine.when its ideling it seems like the car
is going to die.

check the mileage, 'round 200,000 miles the timing gear/chain will have a brass bushing and spring loaded tension arm, frequently may get out of whack and a tooth jumps, course by then the motor is drinking oil like a sailor~ inspect the motor, you'll find the major crank/cam association may need a fashion/adjustment~
