Let gas get low....lo fuel showed on dash ...now all warning lights are on...wipers won't turn off and lights dim and brighten on their own.....HELP

sounds like maby a feedback from fuel sender to pcm is the cause, add fuel see if allright, if so, shorted out tank mounted low fuel porton of fuel sender may be it, not so good to let current like this flow thru electronic scrap they install on everything

The 'low fuel' sensor is not part of the sending unit. That is part of the gauge components. I do however agree with the rest of jimmy's explanation, it's no coincidence all your whacky wipers and lights went haywire right then, unfortunately this is not a diy job, but your 2010 may still be under factory warranty, if no try to avoid dealers, they will set you back 2,3X what reputable shop will
