No sound

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No sound coming from my 2010 Rav4.  It is a JBL radio system.  All the
presets, CD player, modes work, just no sound from any of them.  It connects to  
Bluetooth, but again no sound.  The display is fine as well.  I have heard it
might be something with an AMP?

I had similar issue / Try unplugging the amp and plug it back in . I recently had work done to the gsm system they must have loosened the connection. Radio now works .When u start the car the radio would go on for a few seconds then go out . Still had power ,out no sound .
