What causes My car makes a clicking noise when i first crank it up in the
morning.

Does it click then start ? Does it start then click ? Does it click and not start ? Does it click only on a cold start ? We We'll send someone over right away

Probably an indication of a low battery. Have it checked out and replace it if does this on cold mornings.
