My gas mileage is stuck on 8 no matter how much gas is in it or I've ran out. What's going on? 2010 nissan xterra

Try my Chicken Soup approach. Disconnect the battery for about a half hour. That will reset the computers, hopefully it will fix the problem. I call it the chicken soup approach because it couldn't hurt.

Yeah. Sometimes it work's sometimes it dose not. Best thing is that it doesn't hurt anything.
