Auto start

Asked by Mlinn1998 Oct 25, 2019 at 09:56 AM about the 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited

Question type: General

I auto start my Jeep in the morning to warm
up and it turns on but after a few seconds it
turns back off. I tried different things I
thought could fix it but nothing. Is there
something I could do?

try some throttle body cleaner in it and see if it helps. it could be an ECM issue and the codes would have to be checked with a scanning tool/reader

Most auto start systems turn the car off when the brake is applied. Check your brake light switch... Just a guess.. I am not a mechanic.
