Any damage done from wrong speed rated tires (89T) for 11k miles on 2010 Impreza?

Dealer sold car with Goodyear Eagle LS   P205 / 55R16  89 T        Ride has  never been right; rear wheels slip when turning into parking space, windshield vibrates, even at low speeds, feels shimmy side to side left to right like a penguin. Dealer said put foam in the windshield and told me to go away!. Should I worry about damage or future repairs because of this? The nature of the Subaru and the all wheel drive. Might it possibly void an aftermarket warranty? In your opinion, something to make a big deal about?

All your tire sizes have to match, be the same on all the wheels, for the all wheel drive or you get the things you describe. It will raise havoc with the gearing in the axles & possibly the transmission.
