2010 dodge caravan. I need to open the rear hatch but the power locks won't unlock

The power locks won't unlock the passenger side doors and the rear hatch. I
can't find any way to unlock the rear hatch except with the power lock which
isn't working. Is there a release anywhere that will manually unlock the rear
hatch?

Disconnect battery on both terminals. Touch terminals together for about 15 seconds then reattach. If that doesn't work. Back hatch might not be unlocking so you can open
