I have a 2010 grand caravan with 120,000. It is using oil. Only smokes a little at the traffic light while idling in drive. At the same time it runs a little rough. No dripping oil in driveway. I have changed plugs. Runs perfect without smoking when going down the road, this only happens sitting at a light in idle.

Check your oil to make sure it doesn't look watery. If it looks watery then it has water in it. And sometimes if there is water in your oil. It can make it smoke when you gas on it or accidentally mash the gas a little too hard. Always make sure you use up to date oil that can clean and strengthen your motor. Because when you have a healthy motor. Your vehicle will run/ or ride as smooth as Cadillac.
