VES Touch Screen 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan not working

Car DVD player works and radio too, but the touch screen does not respond. I
can only change station via remote control or steering wheel buttons. The touch
screen is unresponsive to any touch. How do I fix this?

T.P. I'm having the same issue with my 2010 Dodge Journey touchscreen, except my CD player does not work. I can't re-set the time on my clock or anything. If you find out how to address this issue, please post here, and I will do likewise. Thanks! :)
