Stabilitrak/Oil Pressure lights

Asked by Misty Mar 18, 2019 at 10:56 AM about the 2010 Cadillac Escalade 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have been having issues with my 2010 Escalade. Several issues with
Stabilitrak. Took it in first time and they replaced a bunch of spark plugs.
Error message kept coming up and car ran super rough. Took it in again.
They said the entire computer had to be replaced. Replaced it. Just got car
back. Today check engine light came on without any other warning lights.
Took a fast left and "Oil Pressure Low Turn off Engine" warning came up for
a split second and went off as soon as I straightened out the wheel. Oil
remaining is at 29%.

Was having stabilitrack issue and no oil pressure. Just replaced steering position sensor and it seems to have fixed the stabiltrack issue. $60 part and about 90 minutes of effort. The oil pressure issue is still persisting though. No warning lights just no pressure. Stumped.

Hi I have a 2010 Escalade and today stabiltrak warnings, check engine light, loss of power/acceleration and then a knocking and ticking from cylinders/engine. Did you ever find a fix? A mechanic friend thinks it may have something to do with the oil??
