I have a 2010 Dodge Challenger and the
back tires are only wearing out from the
inside only I was told I need a chamber kit
before I can get an alignment. What can I
do so my tires won't wear out from the
inside only.

Don't know why you would have to get the kit, its like then what? How would you know where to set the adjustment? So take the car to an alignment shop. They have the proper tools for setting alignment, and have the parts readily available to them.
if nothing was /is bent there is enough adjustment for a easy 4 wheel alignment....... !!
That car has an independent rear, the way it is set up from the factory will always make them wear like that. The only way I found to mitigate it as much as possible was to have it aligned front factory, rear as flat as possible.
