Passenger side door won't unlock with key fob or controls on the inside of the door

My passenger side door won't lock it unlock with
the key fob or controls on the inside of the door.
The dash lights have randomly blinked when
turning the car right or left and this morning there
was a clicking in the driver's side door like it was
trying to lock. I opened the door and when I shut it
the clicking stopped.
