Okay So I have an opportunity to buy an 2010 Dodge charger RT Awd with
107,xxx Miles for 10000 would u Buy it if u was 18 it's my first Car not My First
time driving it's my first car I'm buying myself.

A high mile Dodge is a poor choice for a first car. Not reliable and it will probably have a lot of problems. Insuring it will also be expensive.
