2010 hund accent

I have a 2010 hun accent and
when im at a complete stop at a
light my car dies no ck engine
light comes on but all the dash
lights come on i turn the key tp
the off position then turn the.key
to the start position and it starts
right up with no issues. Now this
has happened 3 times in the last
month. Took it to the shop they
ran the car for 4 hours nothing
happened. Talk to another
mechanic and he said the ck
engine light has to be on that way
he can do some test. Any
suggestions would be helpful
