Do windshield washer pump and wiper blade use
same fuse?

By the way, the manual DOES NOT SPECIFY anything about the windshield washer pump (WHICH IT SHOULD). It only has the front and the rear wiper blades listed.

Normally they are on separate circuits. The wiper fuse is normal inside the car in the box under the dash. And the pump fuse should be in the engine bay.
