Loss of Speed
My 2010 Jeep Patriot losses speed. After
letting it set for a few minutes, it runs as if
there was never a problem. What could be
the problem?

Go to a parts store and have it scanned (free) for codes even if a check engine light is not showing. And fix accordingly. It might be overdue for a fuel filter replacement required every 30,000 miles or so. Clogged filter may not show a fault code. Take care of it before you might need a tow truck. $$
